BioRemodeling Injections – what are they?
A Bioremodeling injections are made up of highly pure hyaluronic acid (HA). It contains one of the highest HA concentrations in the market at 64mg HA per 2 ml of the product. The combination of low and high molecular weight HA. Recent studies have shown that combination of HA chains of different lengths and molecular weights have a synergistic effect in improving tissue repair and regeneration.
Low viscosity, high cohesivity and high flowability (very fluid with optimal tissue diffusion), that’s why can be injected in 5 bio-aesthetic points each side of face and can have effects in the rest of the lower face.
What does bioremodeling mean?
It is best-described as a biological remodeling agent, ‘bio rejuvenator’, ‘bio-revitalizer’ or ‘tissue-stimulator’. Bioremodeling is an innovative biological activity to anti-aging which counteracts skin laxity of the face and in areas traditionally difficult to treat, such as the neck. hands and arms. This particular Bioremodeling the only product which acts to stimulate all four types of collagen, elastin and fat cells.
What is the difference between bioremodeling injections and dermal filler?
Even though the bioremodeling injectable is HA, it is not a dermal or volumizing filler. That is, while fillers are intended to add volume and replace volume loss in the face e.g. to give you apple cheeks or a well-defined jawline and pointed chin. A bioremodeling injection acts to deeply hydrate the skin, improve skin elasticity and quality and improve skin laxity.
The Bio-remodulator contains one of the highest concentrations of hyaluronic acid (64mg/2ml) available in the market. As the HA is higher, it can absorb water better and the skin will be more hydrated. It is important to remember that a Bio-remodulator cannot replace volume loss or augment various parts of the face such as the cheek or tear trough which started to lose collagen.
Is there any downtime?
There is no downtime. It is advisable to avoid alcohol, aspirin or anti-inflammatory medication in the 24 hours before treatment.
Immediately after treatment you should avoid wearing make-up, and give sports, swimming and any other strenuous physical activity a miss for 24 hours. It is also best to avoid saunas and steam rooms for a few days after treatment.
Dermal fillers commonly made up of collagen and hyaluronic acid which are naturally occuring substances within your body. As we age our bodies stop producing collagen and elastin which results in volume loss. When these substances are injected into your skin they attracts water to the area of the injection, which provides the area with an improvement in volume, wrinkles and the signs of ageing. Dermal fillers don’t just improvement volume within the injected site but also help to stimulate new collagen production
How many treatments will I need?
Most patients will require 2 treatment sessions one month apart. Some patients may require 3 sessions at monthly intervals. Results can last about 6 months. To maintain the best results, the treatment cycle can be carried out twice a year.
Over a period of 3 – 4 weeks, the Bio-remodulatorkick starts the production of elastin, re-modelling the skin tissue and giving it a plumper and tighter look radiating a natural glow. A Bio-remodulatorcan be used as a standalone treatment or in conjunction with other fillers to replace volume loss, hydrate and tighten skin. A Bio-remodulatorcan also complement laser treatments or antiwrinkle treatments to get an even better result.
